Project description:

The Community Infrastructure Needs Analysis planned to be undertaken in the first quarter of 2026 – will include a spatial analysis of impact of housing targets against community infrastructure provision benchmarks to address the likely gap over time, supported by a community infrastructure prioritisation tool. This would map the region’s community infrastructure and develop GIS layers.

An Open Space Connectivity Strategy will also be mapped – to identify regional opportunities for open space connectivity, biodiversity and urban greening.
