Neighbourhood Houses in our City:

Neighbourhood houses have been an integral component of our community for many years now. They have brought people together to share their stories, learn new experiences, learn new skills and adapt to a changing landscape that is multiculturalism.

From early on the houses offered childcare classes, mutual support groups, cooking classes, computer courses and classes in LOTE (Languages other than English).  Have you been to your local Neighbourhood house to see what they can offer you?

In Whitehorse we have a total of 10 Neighbourhood houses, see below for their details. (Follow the link) (click and control)

So, come along and see for yourself, there is something for everyone and we encourage you to participate.
